Toscana

Toscana combines three residential towers on a waterfront tract at 3700 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, with buildings that differ in height and home count; the towers do not share one scale. Toscana's beach club occupies the oceanfront section of South Ocean Boulevard.

Three Towers with Distinct Scales

Toscana's site plan calls for 425 units, with two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,900 to 5,000 square feet. North dates to 2000 and West to 2001. Of those two buildings, one rises sixteen stories with 118 residences, while the other reaches seventeen stories and contains 144.

South dates to 2004. It climbs eighteen stories and contains more than 150 homes beneath a roof about 196 feet high, with its elevator and air-conditioning structures extending a few feet farther.

The Oceanfront Beach Club

Residents use Toscana's beach club on the oceanfront section of South Ocean Boulevard.
