100 East Las Olas

At 499 feet, 100 Las Olas combines condos and a hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale, its 46-story tower standing at 100 East Las Olas Boulevard with 113 condos beginning on the sixteenth floor above the 238-room Hyatt Centric.

Curved Terraces Above Downtown

SB Architects gave the steel-and-glass tower its curved geometric form. Walls of glass and curved terraces face the Fort Lauderdale skyline, while other outlooks extend toward the Atlantic Ocean and New River. Four plans run from 1,501 to 2,964 square feet. Private balconies have glass terraces, and designers selected the interior finish packages for the condos. Full-height windows and sliding glass doors are storm-ready. Simeon and Deary Design Group planned the hotel interiors and condo common areas.

The two-story penthouse occupies levels 45 and 46: its lower floor measures 3,521 square feet inside and out, with an owner's suite and open great room, while the 2,358-square-foot second floor contains three bedrooms and a loft den.

Private Residential Amenities

Residents can meet in the private clubroom, stop at the coffee bar, train in the fitness center or use the massage rooms. Outside, the condo pool gives swimmers a place to gather near the grilling stations. The condo and hotel share the same first-floor lounge, and the tower also contains several restaurants.

Hotel guests use a separate pool with a bar and restaurant, along with a fitness room and meeting spaces. Access is controlled at every residential elevator and at the lobbies, parking garage, and amenity spaces.
