A Wall Street & Corporate Foundation

Before transitioning into real estate, Lucille held senior-level positions in both finance and corporate marketing, including serving as Vice President and Director of Public Finance for an investment banking firm headquartered on Wall Street, and as a Product Marketing Specialist for International Paper Company in New York City.

This diverse corporate marketing and financial background has given her a sophisticated understanding of negotiations, strategic planning, and client advisory services, all of which continue to benefit her real estate clients today.

She is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, where she has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation for superior performance and achieved GUILD™ recognition for sales.

Lucille is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the REALTOR® Association of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB-GFLR). She holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, recognized for advanced expertise in negotiation strategy and client advocacy. Education

Her educational background reflects a unique combination of business and finance studies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from SUNY Albany, completed all of the coursework toward an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking at Hofstra University, and holds a Master of Arts in Theology from St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach, Florida. Her strong financial and analytical background continues to provide clients with valuable insight into market trends, investment strategy, valuation, and complex real estate transactions.

Civic & Industry Leadership

Lucille has been recognized as a leader within the local community, and had the distinction of serving at the pleasure of the Boca Raton City Council as Chair of the Financial Advisory Board and Chair of the Industrial Development Revenue Bond Board for the City of Boca Raton.

She has also served as Chair of the Master Brokers Forum of Palm Beach County and currently serves as a Board Director for the Master Brokers Forum Gold Coast. Her active involvement in professional organizations keeps her at the forefront of evolving market conditions, industry legislation, technology, and marketing strategies, allowing her clients to benefit from both experience and innovation.
