Newport Bay Club

Homes for Sale in Newport Bay Club

At the main entrance, a staffed security gate operates around the clock, and leads to a palm-lined drive which runs toward the clubhouse before the streets divide. The clubhouse sits before the split, so every trip home passes the common facilities before the road takes its final turn. One road becomes four beyond it.

The Club Without the Membership

Every home comes with access to the amenities: no country club membership buy-in, nothing to negotiate, no waiting list. While this is a corridor of country clubs with significant membership fees, among them the Polo Club, Addison Reserve and St. Andrews Country Club, there is no golf course here. The lakes are the center instead, with the sports complex, tennis and pickleball courts, and clubhouse all within everyday reach.

Tennis and pickleball can be taken seriously at Newport Bay Club. The pickleball team has won the Division Championship for Div. 5, 6, 8 and were the Div. 10 Champions for the Fall of 2025 in the Palm Beach County Pickleball League. The Club has A, B and C level Women's League Teams and participates in the South Palm Beach Women's Tennis Association and the Evening Palm Tennis League. The men participate in the Grand Slam League. The Club maintains 7 lighted Har-Tru Tennis courts and 4 dedicated pickleball courts. The Pickleball courts are set up stadium style. It all sits alongside a pro shop and a staff pro running instruction from first lessons through match play.

The impressive Clubhouse opens to a layered marble deck overlooking the heated resort-style pool with swim lanes and poolside ping-pong. The community offers a full social calendar with yoga classes, movie and book groups, card and mahjong groups, cooking classes, Sound Healing classes and game night. The calendar here runs as full as the amenities: seasonal traditions from holiday party socials, July 4th parties, Back-to-School doughnuts, Halloween trunk-or-treat and evening tennis and pickleball socials.

Four Distinct Ways to Live

The Tides puts every one of its thirty-nine houses on the water, running roughly 2,800 to 3,500 square feet in three- to five-bedroom plans.

Hampton Club holds forty-two detached patio homes in one- and two-story Mediterranean elevations, from about 2,157 to 4,677 square feet. Each residence sits behind its own entrance gate, and a privacy wall marks the boundary of the enclave, the most self-contained of the four.

Copper Lake is the largest section, at 86 houses, and it changes the rooms rather than the lots: vaulted ceilings rising as high as twenty-three feet, and walls of glass drawing the outdoors in.

The Estates turns from shared models to custom work across its 58 houses. The lots run roughly twice the size of those in the other three sections, several builders worked without a single governing plan, and no two houses are alike.

A master association ties Newport Bay Club together, with section associations beneath it, and the monthly figure differs from one section to the next. Ask which section a listing is in before anything else: house design, lot size, dues and the relationship to the water all shift with it.

At Home in Boca

The setting is walkable. Restaurants and shops are steps away at The Shoppes at Addison Place, where residents walk to Starbucks and to restaurants including Henry's and The Sea. It's 7.6 miles to downtown Delray Beach and its nightlife, about fifteen to twenty minutes by car, and 4.9 miles to Town Center Mall, about ten to fifteen minutes. Beyond that, downtown Boca (Mizner Park and Royal Palm Place) holds restaurants, shops, nightlife, a theater, a museum and an amphitheater with a full calendar of events. Boca Raton's parks and municipal golf courses are minutes away, and the nearest Atlantic shoreline is 7.4 miles east, roughly fifteen to twenty minutes by car.
