Days That Start at the Pool

Weekends at Boca Bridges gravitate toward the water. The resort-style pool anchors the grounds, ringed with shaded and covered patio seating, with poolside cabana baths a few steps away. Next to it, the splash park is an interactive play area. The whirlpool spa sits nearby. And because the lap pool is a separate body of water, morning swimmers get uninterrupted lanes no matter how busy the resort pool gets. It is a small piece of planning that shows up every single weekend.

Games All Day

Six lighted clay courts and one lighted asphalt court sit under shade pavilions, so a match can go well past sunset. Four lighted pickleball courts sit alongside them, with stadium seating and raised viewing areas for anyone who’d rather watch. The pro shop handles stringing, gear, and getting a game together. There’s a full outdoor basketball court, a large shaded playground with an open play area beside it, and a party pavilion for the occasions worth marking.

Fitness, Games and Dinner

Inside, the fitness center covers the solo workout and the group studio covers the mornings that go better with a class and some music. The indoor sports court keeps play going regardless of weather. Card and game rooms fill up in the afternoons, and the locker room saunas and massage room are a good way to close out a workout. Then dinner at Cut-5, the community’s own restaurant. A table by the pool, a seat at the full-service pool bar, or the lounge with its bar and catering kitchen when the evening turns social.

Boca Bridges contains 504 homes arranged across five collections: Atlantic, Pacific, Coastal, Empire and Modern. Four architectural designs, Contemporary, Modern, Transitional and Mediterranean, appear across those collections rather than mapping one style to each name.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Florida light straight through the wall, floating staircases open up the living space, and Ipe wood detailing warms the facade outside. Among the models, the Dali offers six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, and a four-car garage.

West Boca, Close at Hand

Boca Bridges stands on the west side of Lyons Road, about a mile north of Clint Moore Road and between Clint Moore and Atlantic Avenue. State Road 441 lies 0.9 mile away, where a second gated entrance opens onto it, and a patrol vehicle covers the community around the clock. Initial move-ins began in 2019, and GL Homes developed it as the third Bridges community in the area. Florida’s Turnpike is 3 miles out, the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens 6.2 miles, and I-95 8 miles.

Living Here

The entrance is what you notice first.
