Boca Pointe

At Boca Pointe, three decisions remain independent: the shape of the home, the village around it, and whether membership at the Club at Boca Pointe should be a part of your lifestyle. They stand apart. In southern Palm Beach County, the home and setting can be chosen while membership is purchased on a separate track. The 29 residential villages are subdivisions of Boca Pointe; Meridiana, Caravelle, Encantada, Villa Sonrisa and Costa Brava are five of them. Each keeps its own documents and governing body, while its president helps elect the 15-member master board, which handles work shared by the wider community.

Boca Pointe's residential villages hold homes of different heights and types. Estate homes, single-family detached homes, garden villas, patio designs, coach homes and townhomes share the community with condominiums in mid- and high-rise buildings.

A Club on Your Own Terms

The Club at Boca Pointe has its own governance, management and staff, and accepts members from beyond Boca Pointe. Heritage Golf Group owns and operates the club, which publishes 12-month and six-month terms across Golf and Sports & Social memberships. The membership agreement sits apart from the local documents, the home and the governing body attached to the address. Residents and non-residents sign it separately from ownership.

Club members also have access to a 28,000-square-foot standalone sports center with a cafe, state-of-the-art equipment, personal trainers, group exercise and aquatics. The Club also features 13 Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts and four padel courts. These amenities are available only to Club members and remain separate from homeownership.

At the physical center, an 80,000-square-foot clubhouse gathers three dining venues, outdoor seating, a covered bar and dining area, and a scratch kitchen under one roof. As the Florida sun bears down on those outdoor spaces, the covered section holds shade over seats and tables, giving the architecture a practical answer to the climate. Upstairs, floor-to-ceiling draperies frame an elevated view over the golf course. Beyond the clubhouse, the 18-hole, par-72 course runs through Celebration Bermuda fairways and TifEagle greens, with six sets of tees and a short-game complex. At the short-game complex, members practice around the green before heading onto the course for a full round.

Where the Evening Comes Alive

The clubhouse gives way to courts and quicker movement. The stand-alone sports building shares this part of the grounds with four glass-walled padel courts using LEDs, landscaped Har-Tru tennis courts, and four nearby pickleball courts. Each game uses a different enclosure or surface. Glass encloses padel, Har-Tru gives beneath a sliding step, and pickleball keeps its exchanges close.

Inside, fitness equipment supports group exercise, personal training and independent workouts, letting members move from one format to another without leaving the building. Between sessions, they can stop at the cafe, change in the locker rooms or play in the dedicated ping-pong area. The pool gives the building a different kind of room. At the oversized, temperature-controlled pool, lap lanes leave room for a straight swim and a hot tub sits nearby. Heaters and chillers regulate the pool throughout the year, so a member's swim is not tied to one brief season or stretch of weather.

The Wider Boca Pointe

Beyond the clubhouse, landscaped entrances and medians lead into open green spaces, parks, and miles of walking paths. A shopping village and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Station 56 are also inside the master plan. The paths continue between the residential streets, with parks and named lakes marking the way from one part of Boca Pointe to the next.

At Boca Pointe, the address is governed twice: first by its village documents and governing body, then by the community's main association, shared by every homeowner.
