Homes for Sale in Azura

Before the first house stood here, this ground on the north side of the Royal Palm Polo grounds was a practice field, used for training and never for matches. Today those same acres hold Azura: 92 homes across approximately 37 acres, with Monterossa, Balaria, Bellamalfi, Montesito, Pavaroso and Vistancia winding among the Mediterranean-inspired Toll Brothers houses. One gated entrance opens from Monterossa Way onto Jog Road just north of Clint Moore Road. In local conversation, this address belongs to Millionaire’s Row.

A Clubhouse That Changes With the Hour

Across 7,500 square feet, the clubhouse holds four rooms: a fitness center, a ballet and yoga studio, a spa, and a social room for games and billiards. Residents use them for morning workouts, afternoon spa visits and evening gatherings. The clubhouse gives the community its pulse, and every owner here has it. There is no membership to join and no equity to buy.

Outside, the resort-style pool takes the lake-facing edge of the shared grounds, and the open space carries on past the putting green and the playground to the two Har-Tru clay tennis courts. An afternoon here can move from the quick cool of the pool to the noise of the playground to a set on clay without anyone getting in a car. Har-Tru gives underfoot, which is the surface most players choose when they intend to keep playing for years.

The Name Beneath the Name

That practice field was sold off well before the main grounds went, which is how this parcel left its polo years on a timeline of its own. The same ground now holds the houses, the Italian-named streets, and the shared rooms and outdoor amenities, all inside one gate. The main grounds to the south became Royal Palm Polo, the newer Toll Brothers estate community next door, whose houses date from a later decade than these.

The change from field to neighborhood shows up most clearly in those street names, which arrive one turn at a time on the way home rather than announcing themselves all at once. The same Mediterranean vocabulary carries through the architecture, joining a direction, a doorway and a house in a single language, and making the map easy to remember without asking the homes to look alike.

Homes Made for the Florida Day

Azura was built out across roughly a decade, the earliest houses dating to 2007 and the last of them finished in 2016. That decade left real variety behind one gate. An original estate carries the scale and detail of Azura’s earliest years, while a later house sits closer to current tastes, and a buyer can see both without starting the search over somewhere else.

One marketed model, the Montecito, shows how that architecture became a built plan. At 3,519 square feet, the Mediterranean home included four bedrooms, four baths and a gourmet kitchen, with its own pool and spa in back, separate from the shared ones inside the gate. The Mediterranean style continues through the facade and the interior rooms.

Where Azura Sits

Atlantic Avenue in Delray and Mizner Park and Town Center in Boca Raton cover an evening out, and Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens is there for a slower afternoon. I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike both serve this stretch of Boca Raton, and Delray Medical Center, north of the community, is a Level 1 trauma center.

The Italian names persist after the clubhouse, pool and courts have become familiar. At Azura, knowing what preceded the houses changes how the streets are read: they no longer mark a residential plan alone, but the present pattern laid over ground once reserved for polo practice.
